How to Apply

After reading these instructions, click the Continue to Registration button at the bottom of the page. You will be taken to our e-learning site where you will click the Apply button to create your account and begin your application.
If you are an alumnus or a student returning after becoming inactive, do not reapply for admissions using the online application. Instead, contact your advisor.
Complete the Application. The application has two parts. In the first part, you will provide your name, email, phone number, and create your own password. When you click submit, the system will assign you a username. Please write down both your username and password.
Click on Login. At the bottom of the dialogue box, click the Login button. You will see the same Privacy Policy and application instruction as before, but you simply need to confirm the privacy policy once again and click Proceed. You may then complete the full application (Application Instructions PDF). All students, no matter where they reside, will pay a $25 application fee. Receive a Welcome Letter from the Start-Up Advisor. The Start-Up Advisor will assist you from the time you begin your application through your initial enrollment in Orientation to NationsUniversity Online Studies course. The Start-Up Advisor will assist you in getting started in your studies until you are connected with a permanent advisor.
Be assigned a permanent advisor. Once you enroll in your first course on Spirituality, your permanent advisor is assigned to you based on the region of the world in which you live. They will work with you throughout your academic program. Your advisor will give you instructions and reminders in his/her first e-mail to you, as well as help you get enrolled in your first course(s) if needed.
Submit transcripts and credentials. You may begin studying upon acceptance of your application; however, you must submit your official transcript(s) and credentials before completing your third course at NationsUniversity.
Admission to an Academic Program. Once your application and credentials have been evaluated, you will receive a formal Letter of Admission and Enrollment Agreement for a certificate, qualifying, or degree program. The Enrollment Agreement must be signed and returned with a government-issued photo identification.

Under the provisions of the federal law known as the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), eligible students, or where applicable, the parents of the students, are afforded certain rights pertaining to university records and personally identifiable information on file with the institution. An eligible student is defined as any person who is currently enrolled or has been enrolled in the institution’s programs. It is the policy of the institution to treat all student information, both personal and academic, as strictly confidential. Student information will only be released after appropriate written permission has been obtained.
Student records are maintained and viewed only by authorized NationsUniversity personnel. Under no circumstance is student information divulged to the general public without the student’s consent. Students are not permitted to view other student’s personal information. Student data are maintained electronically and/or in hard copy and protected from unauthorized access.
NationsUniversity further protects students from the possibility of arrest and harassment when they live in a country inclined to take action against citizens who engage in unauthorized religious study. In such countries, postal contact is limited or curtailed. Persons assigned to communicate with these students are trained to deal with the delicate situation.
Students can request to have their names withheld from public view in the online list of graduates. Student names, personal testimonies, and pictures are published only with a student’s written (e-mail or post) consent.
