All payments are to be made from your student account. Log in to your account and make any necessary payments through your Ledger.
STUDENTS WHO REGISTERED BEFORE 2019
If you became a student before the new upgrade that began in December 2018 you are accustomed to making online tuition payments from the homepage. As of January 1, 2019, that is no longer necessary. You will make online payments directly from your account. There you will have a detailed record of all payments in your student ledger account. This will allow students to instantly make payments and see them posted to their account once the payment is fully processed.
All you need to do is log in to your account, elearning.nationsu.edu, and you will see a notification where to make a payment at the top of the page. Also, you may check your payments from the Ledger selection found under Academic Info in the menu on the lefthand side of your dashboard. No more waiting to check your balance!
Polite Notice: There will be a significant delay of 5 to 10 business days if a student is still making payments through the old system. If you were making recurring payments you should have received an email with instructions on the new system.
PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
NationsUniversity prefers that payments be made from the dashboard on your online student account in Ledger at the elearning.nationsu.edu site. If you do not own a credit card, or you are incarcerated, or if you are a third party paying for a student a check or money order may be mailed to NationsUniversity.
To make certain you get the proper credit, PLEASE include in the FOR space on the check what the payment is for and your NU Student ID number.
